Quick Answers
Is there a good way to measure honey?
If the recipe calls for shortening or oil, measure those
first and then use the same cup to measure honey. If no
fat is called for, lightly oil the measuring cup before
measuring honey. Use a rubber spatula to remove all the
honey to insure a full measure.
