Quick Answers
I'm having problems baking bread. Why does the baked loaf crumble easily?
If your bread crumbles easily, it may be because of the
following reasons:
- dough not well mixed;
- too little kneading;
- too much flour added;
- rising place too warm;
- dough allowed to rise too long; or
- oven temperature too low.
