Quick Answers
I'm having problems baking bread. Why is it dry with a coarse grain?
If your homemade bread is dry and has a coarse grain, it
may be due to one of the following reasons:
- too much flour added;
- dough not kneaded long enough;
- rising period too long; or
- the oven temperature was too low.
